Why verification matters.
On most platforms, a five-star review is anonymous, unverifiable, and easily gamed. On Fortuna, every endorsement is tied to a real, identity-verified member who completed a real booking. Your Trust Score follows you — not your listing.

Identity Verification
Every member — traveller and provider — completes identity verification before their account is activated. No anonymous listings, no fake reviews.
Booking-Linked Endorsements
You can only endorse a provider after a completed, verified booking. Endorsements cannot be purchased, requested, or manufactured.
Score Follows the Provider
A provider's Trust Score is tied to their identity, not their listing. They cannot delete a listing to escape a poor score and start fresh.
Community Accountability
Members can flag concerns. Flagged providers are reviewed by the Fortuna team. Repeated issues result in suspension — not just a lower score.

Receive an invitation link from an existing Fortuna member. Invitation links are personal and non-transferable. Your sponsor's Trust Score is linked to your application.

By Application
Apply directly through the Fortuna portal. Applications are reviewed by the membership team within 5–7 business days. We look for genuine travel intent, professional background, and alignment with community values.
